immo.eluma.ch is eluma.ch's own application for property management and contractor coordination. This study explains the work queue and work order overview using existing demo captures. It is not an independent client reference. The public product description was checked on 24 October 2026. The images date from 29 September 2026.
What task does the application address?
A property-related request needs its location, responsibility and progress kept together. The public product page describes a workflow from the property through the request and contractor order to documentation. The following views show two parts of that workflow: the work queue and the order overview.
How does the queue lead to open work?
The queue places property context, priority, status and responsibility alongside each task. Filters narrow the selection. This supports a decision about the next piece of work using specific records, rather than just a total number of open tasks.

What does the order overview show?
The second view groups orders into columns for open work, work in progress, sent orders, accepted orders and completed work. Cards include details such as the task, deadline and cost. The layout illustrates which information belongs together when coordinating a job.

| Workflow stage | Visible evidence | What still needs agreement for a specific deployment |
|---|---|---|
| Select work | Queue with filters and responsibilities | Which roles may view and edit each record |
| Follow an order | Order cards grouped by progress | Approvals, delivery channels and responses in the agreed workflow |
| Continue at the property | Property context and navigation to documents | Data migration, retention and required documents |
What is supported, and what needs separate testing?
The images document the interface at the time of capture. The current public product page describes access for property managers, tenants and contractors. It states that pricing is on request and recommends a computer with a large screen for the full management workspace. The mobile layout is still being improved.
No protected accounts were opened, records changed or orders sent for this study. It does not establish a complete test of permissions, delivery, backups or restoration. These need testing against the agreed scope before a specific deployment. No measured time saving or number of managed customer properties is claimed here.
How can you plan a similar workflow?
Start with one case. Who reports what, who decides and which response does the next person need? Then define the data, roles and acceptance criteria. A shared status is useful only when the people involved understand and maintain it consistently.
You can explore the existing application through the public immo.eluma.ch product page. The tenant portal and contractor coordination service explains project planning. For a different business task, see custom web app development. Website prices cannot be applied to these applications. The web app cost guide separates development and operation using explicit planning assumptions.
